Registered Sale deed, Stamp Duty receipt, Jamabandi (7/12) and Tahasildar signed Farmer Certificate.

A payment schedule is established, requiring an advance of Rs. 14,000/- (for stamp duty and registration on buyer’s name) . Balance of Rs. 23,000/- payable upon completion and on delivery of documnts. Verification charges are included.
